(So Far) Completing a shamanic initiation course in the Peruvian Shipibo tradition, I can not speak highly enough of the Maestros (Shamans) Don Enrique, Don Miguel. The Facilitators Dean and Sophia have a very special place in my heart. If anyone is interested in the healing methods of the Shipibo tradition and the therapeutic use of Ayahuasca I can not recommend these guys enough, they off healing retreats, research centre and 6 & 10 week initiation courses,

Milldreds – Legendary veggie and vegan restaurant in Soho, I have never been disappointed and I've pretty much tried everything on the menu!
Coach and horses – London's first veggie / Vegan pub, they do amazing Sunday Roasts and have an amazing selection of cakes too!
